Order Processing
At Camille & Elise, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery to US addresses takes approximately 8–15 business days from the date of shipment. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for carrier systems to update with the first scan information.

Camille & Elise offers free standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. Your order will be delivered directly to your address at no additional shipping cost.

Delivery Confirmation
Once your tracking information shows "Delivered," please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and any designated safe delivery locations before contacting us.
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at info@camilleandelise.com within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@camilleandelise.com BEFORE filing any dispute with your bank or credit card company.
We commit to responding within 24 hours and resolving all shipping issues through refund, reshipment, or store credit. Filing a payment dispute before contacting us and allowing us 5 business days to resolve the issue may be treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
Statement Descriptor
This purchase will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "SP CAMILLEANDELISE." If you do not recognize this charge, please contact us at info@camilleandelise.com before contacting your bank.
