1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to reach out if you're not happy with your purchase. Simply email us at info@camilleandelise.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. How It Works

Once you contact us, we'll review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

• For damaged or defective items, please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached

3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
