At Camille & Elise, we value every order and every customer. If something isn't quite right with your purchase, we are committed to resolving it in a fair, respectful, and timely manner.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return: — Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery — The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached — Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at info@camilleandelise.com first. We will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description, please contact us at info@camilleandelise.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we will offer: — A full refund to your original payment method, or — A free replacement at no additional cost

We do not require you to return damaged or defective items unless specifically requested.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "Final Sale" or "Last Call" are sold as-is and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund — except in cases where the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description.

By completing your purchase on a Final Sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Changed Your Mind?

If you would like to return an item because it did not meet your expectations or you changed your mind, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags attached.

Please note: — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer — Original shipping costs are non-refundable — Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected — Final Sale items are excluded from this policy

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued in the following situations: — The item has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery — The request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery — Required proof (photographs) is not provided — The item is marked Final Sale or Last Call (unless damaged or defective) — The shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout — The package is delayed but still actively in transit

Color variations due to monitor settings, photography lighting, or device calibration are not considered defects. Minor variations in stitching, pattern placement, or texture between production batches are not considered defects. Please refer to our size guide before ordering — sizing differences within standard manufacturing tolerances (±0.5 inch) are not considered defects.

Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 15 or more days, or your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at info@camilleandelise.com with your order number and tracking details.

We will investigate with the carrier. If the shipment is officially confirmed as lost: — We will offer a free replacement, or — If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

Please check with household members, neighbors, and building management before contacting us regarding a delivered package.

Dispute Resolution — Important

Before initiating any dispute, chargeback, or claim with your bank or credit card company, you must contact us at info@camilleandelise.com and allow us 5 business days to resolve the issue.

We commit to responding within 24 hours on business days. Filing a payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing us the opportunity to resolve the issue may be treated as a breach of our Terms and Conditions and may constitute friendly fraud under applicable card network rules.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times typically range between 5–7 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Your refund will appear on your statement from SP CAMILLEANDELISE.
